Our Story
Summit Design Build was founded by two individuals who first met in a Civil Engineering course. Despite taking different career paths, their shared passion for real estate brought them back together to create a full-service real estate development company.
One partner pursued a career in large construction management, gaining extensive experience overseeing complex construction projects. The other partner became a real estate investor and property manager, honing their skills in property acquisition, development, and management.
Their combined expertise in the real estate industry has allowed Summit Design Build to offer a wide range of services, including architectural design, construction management, tenant fit-up, property acquisition, and more.
